Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse - Home Health, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan - Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting overall wellness - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families - Document all patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely - Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations Skills: - Experience in Pediatrics, Ambulatory surgery center, Diagnostic evaluation preferred - Proficient in aseptic technique and catheterization procedures - Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) protocols - Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks - Ability to provide behavioral health support to patients as needed - Experience in acute pain management techniques - Ability to dialyze patients if required Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State] - Minimum [X] years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field - Strong clinical assessment skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as [list any specific benefits].
