Job Title: High Rise Window Cleaner
Responsibilities:
Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.
In this role, you will use various tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows. You will also be responsible for operating ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment to reach high windows safely. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to achieve a high level of cleanliness on each window.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience cleaning windows in high-rise buildings
- Ability to work at heights and comfortable using ladders and scaffolding
- Attention to detail and ability to achieve a high level of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment if required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent time management skills
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, hear, use hands to handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
