Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

Requirements:

• Experience with oversight of move in and move out process, including unit inspections, preparing leases, etc.
• Community Management experience (Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Sales Manager, Account Manager)
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment
• Entrata and Microsoft Excel experience
• Min 2-5 years of management experience.
