Jaime Dolphin We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager for high-energy gastropub in NW Essex County, New Jersey . This well-respected establishment has become a staple in the community offering delicious cuisine and personalized service in a laid-back, enjoyable atmosphere.
Compensation : Up to $70,000k base, bonus plan, 100% employer-paid health / dental insurance (single coverage), 401k with company match, PTO and more!
Qualifications / Responsibilities :
- 2 years’ management experience in restaurant doing $4.0 in annual revenue
- 5 years' experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with training and development
- Experience with restaurant financials, ordering, inventory and costs management
