We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor for a growing organization near Freehold, NJ. This group offers all levels of care and works with some of the top Medical Providers in the area. They are compassionate about their approach, utilizing evidence-based methods to treat the patient as a whole and not just the symptoms. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (negotiable) 1/4ly bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, bonuses, 401k company match, STD/LTD, Life insurance, Portal for CEUs, and Education Reimbursement!
Schedule: Full-time Tuesday - Friday (12-8:00 pm) & Saturday (9-5:30 pm), Monday - Friday (10:00 - 6:30 pm), or Part-time hours are available as well.
Requirements:
- Licensed Counselor for the state of New Jersey - LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW
- Mental Health license or certification, clean and active
- Experience conducting group and individual sessions
- Ability to conduct initial assessments of patient problems and needs
- Provide case management and documentation for patient medical records
- Previous experience with Evidence-Based treatments, CBT, DBT, etc.
