CLINICAL ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR (PRN) - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Horizon Health is seeking a part-time Clinical Assessment Coordinator (PRN) at Good Hope Hospital in Erwin, NC , to work on our 16-bed general adult inpatient psychiatric program.
Responsibilities:
The Clinical Assessment Coordinator , in conjunction with the Program Director, coordinates referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process, and provides clinical assessments for potential clients.

Requirements:
Must be a licensed RN, LPC or LMSW. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in a chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or other related field is preferred. Must have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position and/or industry.
