Responsibilities:
The Case Manager is responsible for assisting the administration Crossroads IP Program. Included in these responsibilities are assisting the development/implementation of a comprehensive community relations program and strategic planning.

Requirements:
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing or related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency.
