School Age Lead Teacher- Experience in an after-school setting preferred and willing to work toward a School Age Lead Teacher Endorsement or degree in Education or a related field. You will provide homework assistance, plan lessons and maintain documentation to provide an educational, safe, emotionally supportive environment for the children. Parent communication is key! Hours are a split shift of 7am until 10am and then 1pm until 6pm Monday through Friday during the school year. During the summer it is a straight shift of 8am until 5pm Monday through Friday.

Pay Rate Range: $13.00 to $17.00/hr. Placement in this range is dependent on professional development levels for education and training. Classroom Aide- Entry level or little experience needed. You are supporting the teachers in the classroom and assisting where needed. Part-time afternoon or Full-time positions may be available. High School Diploma or Equivalent is all that is needed. Pay is $13.00 per hour.

Classroom Aide/Driver- Professional driving experience preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be willing and able to drive a 14-passenger school bus and a 6-passenger minivan. No CDL is required. Must be 21 years of age to drive Horizon vehicles. You will be trained to safely transport children to and from local schools and field trips in the summer. Pay is $14-15 per hour. During the school year part-time driver split-shift position, hours are typically 7a-9a and 2p- 6p Monday through Friday which is a combination of driving and working in the classroom with the children. Full-time hours are expected during the summer to help take children on field trips and monitor during the trip and in the classrooms.

2024 Summer Camp Staff- Horizon Education Centers is gearing up for the 2024 summer camp for children from Kindergarten through 8th Grade! We are looking for energetic individuals who can help make this summer a great adventure for the kids we serve. Our theme is Magical Summer Adventures. This year at summer camp, Horizon is traveling to Mad Factory, Urban Air, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Women's Aviation, African Safari, Pioneer Water Park, Swings & Things, Art Museum, and more!! You will be able to help children experience hands-on activities, monitor them on field trips, and other exciting opportunities as well. Apply today and be a part of the team!
