The Worksite Strategic Implementation Consultant will collaborate with sales leadership to strategically identify and execute upon opportunities including, but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, sales initiatives, sales support tools & technology, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead key strategic and tactical projects, including all facets from inception to delivery, to ensure a successful implementation in the field.
• Evaluate effectiveness of implemented processes to ensure consistent execution and report accordingly.
• Collaborate with field sales leadership regarding the tactics and strategies to support the field.
• Develop and manage relationships across the organization to foster a collaborative approach.
• Ensure the coordination of Worksite Agency Support activities with the activities of the Worksite Voluntary Distribution channel and other functional units within the organization.
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate key projects, programs, and initiatives internally and to the field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience, required.
• 5 years’ experience in insurance industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills — including presentation, business writing, negotiation, motivation, and relationship management.
• Team Building, create strong morale and spirit, defines success in terms of the whole team and creates a feeling of belonging to the team.
• Planning and Organizational Skills — Can engage resources (people, funding, materials, etc.) to get things done; orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently.

• Project management skills: with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, negotiate priorities, communicate changes, setbacks, and milestones.
