Join our team as the Vice President of Market Access Expansion, where you will develop and implement strategies to broaden Horace Mann's access to new markets. This role will involve identifying opportunities for growth and establishing and maintaining partnerships.
Key Areas of Responsibility Include :

• Accelerate growth, generate leads, and create a deeper territory footprint across the country through multiple priorities:
  • Assimilate and leverage our Market Access programs for new territory warming and current territory growth.
  • Serve as a communications liaison between the Acquisition Marketing team and the Product/Campaigns/Programs team, Field Leadership and Agent Education teams.
  • Build and maintain an agent prospecting playbook. This blends traditional and Acquisition Marketing techniques.
  • Build a stronger local access for Donors Choose, Student Loan Solutions, and our 140 Association partnerships.
  • Work in tandem with Agency Education to keep curriculum in synch with a) Acquisition Marketing tools b) Emerging market trends in P&C pricing, Workshop upgrades, etc. c) 2nd Year New Agent curriculum d) Retirement Master Class.
  • Co-manage (LEAP) from recruiting to deployment.
• Will also work closely with Agency Education and Marketing to keep curriculum up to date around the following:
  • Emerging trends (P&C pricing, STRS upgrades, Digital Lead-gen, etc.)
  • 2nd Year New Agent curriculum
  • Retirement Master Class established with the Life & Retirement Product and supported through the Marketing team

Minimum Requirements :

• 10 years leadership experience including executive communications, networking (internal/agent/field), and technical expertise across digital platforms
• Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills (internal/external/field sales/agents)
• Exceptional communication skills to internal and external audiences
