Hoplite Group is Hiring a Partner Nation Military Police Subject Matter Expert (SME) Course Development / Instructor Near Washington, DC
Title: Partner Nation Military Police Subject Matter Expert (SME) Course Development / Instructor Location: Remote support (CONUS) and one forward engagement in partner nation (19 – 30 June 2024).Level of effort: Full time support (168 hours per month) from April to June 2024 and half time (estimated 84 hours per month) from July to September 2024 Availability: Immediate openingOverview: The Hoplite Group is seeking a Military Police Course Development / Instructor to support a U.S. Government contract assisting a partner nation in curriculum development and instruction that will cover leadership fundamentals (values, skills, etc.) and the leader’s role in organizational vision, strategy, and culture. More details will be offered during interview process.Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in instructional design and development for classroom training in coordination with Partner organizations. Additionally, the team is hoping the SME has the following qualifications:
O-4 to O-6 level officer with background in U.S. military or law enforcement organizational leadership, strategy, and multi-cultural environments.
Creating presentations, course materials, and classroom activities.
Facilitating/co-facilitating classroom training.
Facilitating after action reviews to collect feedback on training activities.
Extensive experience coordinating with Allies and Partners.
Flexibility as work conditions and requirements may change.
Strong interpersonal and multicultural skills.
Department of Defense current/active Secret Clearance a must.
Additional consideration: For exceptional candidates, are open to two individuals providing 50% SME support each for the full-time support April to June 2024. Most of this early period will involve curriculum development.
