We offer a generous and global wine list alongside an amazing cocktail program with both classics like the Sazerac and house made originals such as the Scorched Earth. All drinks are made from scratch by a brigade of bartenders and barbacks.

Summary of PositionThe Service & Operations Manager oversees service standards regarding flow from front door to kitchen. This includes safety and sanitation, quality and expediency of food and beverage, and guest relations. This also includes working closely with the General Manager to supervise staff, inventory, and maintenance of the restaurant and to manage day-to-day functions while maintaining and delivering outstanding hospitality and service.
