Hopkins & Carley, a full service law firm with offices in downtown San Jose and Redwood Shores, has an immediate opening for a litigation associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience handling real estate, fraud, breach of contract, breach of lease, and related general commercial litigation. Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong legal analysis and excellent writing skills. A desire to appear in court and confident oral communication skills are required. Deposition and court appearance experience are ideal, but not required. Candidates must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
