Executive Director-PACE
Join the HopeWest PACE team as the Executive Director where you will spearhead the planning, leadership, development, and direction of this growing program while bringing a positive change to the lives of seniors on our community. You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, and holistic health care services to PACE participants consistent with the mission, vision, values, and goals of HopeWest.
Your work will have a significant impact on participants health and well-being and provide peace of mind to their families.
What is PACE?
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors’ health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 163 PACE programs, serving more than 72,000 participants in 32 states and the number of people aged 55 is increasing in Grand Junction, CO along with the demand for eldercare professionals.

What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in executive-level leadership in healthcare
- Experience with PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly)
- Experience with strategic planning and program development

- Competitive pay structure starting at $125,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience and education
