Hopelink is Hiring a Grant Accounting Coordinator-Part Time Near Redmond, WA

Title: Grant Accounting Coordinator – Part Time

Location: Redmond, WA (Remote based must be in driving distance to Redmond, WA for training and occasional meetings.)

Work schedule: Part Time 20 hours Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm, Friday off. (hours flexible)

The career opportunity:

The Grant Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Grants Manager (SGM) in all aspects of financial grant activity. The Grant Accounting Coordinator is a critical role with responsibility for supporting the SGM in accurately and timely spending, tracking, and reporting of grant activity.

  • Community minded and understanding of basic accounting.
  • Two years office experience with a busy, nonprofit grants; preferably in a social service setting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, are used frequently.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Complete quarterly filing of City grants.
  • Run Detail General Ledgers reports for grants.

Examples of what you will be doing:

  • Information data tracking with excel and understands debit and credits accounting functions.
  • MIP accounting nonprofit software, pull reports, copy data into excel. Then perform excel sum function.

How you will be compensated: Hopelink is proud to provide meaningful paid time away from work and an affordable, comprehensive benefits package.

  • Compensation: $22.00-$23.00 hr.
