We are looking for an experienced, reliable Alarm Technician to work in our local office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alarm systems, and will be responsible for testing and installing new equipment, maintaining existing systems and responding to emergencies. The successful candidate for this position will have prior experience taking initiative, working well with others, and will enjoy being a part of a team that is dedicated to serving clients in the best possible way.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret the installation instructions.
  • Read and interpret the operation and maintenance personual for the system.
  • Apply customer service skills when dealing with customers and clients.
  • Be able to use a ladder.
  • Know how to use a level and tape measure to properly hang an alarm system.
  • Know how to read wiring diagrams.
  • Read and interpret both commercial and residential schematics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Health insurance

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
