Benefits and Perks for Full Time Behavior Technicians:
- Same pay rate for ALL hours worked (billable and non-billable)
- Starting pay of $17.00 per hour with an automatic increase to $20.00 after obtaining RBT certification
- Career advancement program created to promote you into RBT I, II, III, and IV every six months (each comes with an increase in pay)
- Paid RBT Certification Exam
- $500 sign-on bonus
- Monday through Friday schedule

Responsibilities:
- Work with children by helping them learn how to communicate, play, and learn
- Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support
- Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age; a bachelor’s in psychology is a huge plus
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to obtain certification after job offer and before your start date
- Enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of the job offer
- You enjoy caring for children
