Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and engaging classroom environment that fosters spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in alignment with HISA values.
• Integrate biblical principles into daily lessons, instilling a strong foundation of faith.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Collaborate with parents to enhance the educational experience and promote open communication.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate instructional activities.
• Utilize technology and other resources to enhance student learning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and progress
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Innovative teaching methods that cater to diverse learning styles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field from an accredited university required.
• State teaching certification (if applicable).
• Strong understanding and commitment to Christian principles.
• Proven experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators.
• Knowledge of education administration and policies.
