**Job Summary:**
Will provide crisis assistance and financial counseling services to clients and their families who qualify and are accepted into our new Bounce Back Program. Eligible clients are referred to the program from our own short-term Financial Assistance Program as well as by other agencies. The program is an intense 6 month mentoring program in which both long-term and short-term goals are set by the client and by the PM and monitored in weekly or bi-weekly meetings. Our goal is to help our clients move past their current situation toward being self-sufficient and living a more rewarding and fulfilling lifestyle. This position is a shared staff position with another similar partner agency located in Kershaw, SC. (30 hours at HOPE and 10 hours spent facilitating the same program on a smaller scale at the partner agency)
**Responsibilities:**
- The Program Manager is responsible for facilitation of services specifically related to the Bounce Back Program, including, but not limited to, the following:
· Follow-up on referrals and inquiries about the Bounce Back program managing a variety of calls and emails.
· Complete initial assessment of the client’s crisis situation via telephone and face to face consultations.
· Receive and process applications to determine which clients meet the criteria for success in this specific program.
· Provide budget/financial counseling.
· Document client files according to established standards.
· Complete information for each client in established data base.
· Schedule client appointments.
· Facilitate assistance, provide resources and make referrals when appropriate.
· Report related data and measurement outcomes.
· Develop and maintain a good working relationship with other staff as well as community partners.
· Oversight of Financial Resource Classes
