HOPE, Homeless Outreach Providing Encouragement is a non-profit organization in Longmont, Colorado that provided life sustaining support to individuals experiencing homelessness. We have a full time position for one person to work at our shelter. Our HOPE Shelter is open every night and is located at two different churches here in town.

The overnight shelter staff will provide a safe environment for individuals experiencing homelessness while they sleep during the night. This person will need to deal with issues that arise in the middle of the night and enforce the HOPE sheltering rules. Along with enforcing rules and keeping everyone safe, the overnight supervisor will assist one individual in cleaning the facility from 6:00a.m. to 8:00a.m., leaving the facility spotless just as we found it.

The hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.,4 nights a week. Thursday-Sunday then 3 days off.
