Social Services Counselor - Skilled Care & Assisted Living Communities - Team 230 - Patients located in Facilities in Bonita, Fort Myers

MSW required - LCSW highly preferred. Must be licensure eligible. One year of Social Work experience in a Healthcare setting required. Computer skills & experience required. Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service Areas and locations to meet organizational needs. Monday thru Friday - Days with some early evenings and weekend rotation.
