Social Services Counselor II - MSW - Patient Homes - Team 420 - Hendry & Glades Counties - (Clewiston Office)

MSW required - LCSW highly preferred. Must be licensure eligible. One year of Social Work experience in a Healthcare setting required. Computer skills & experience required. Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service Areas and locations to meet organizational needs. Monday thru Friday - Days with some early evenings and weekend rotation.

May assist Team 410 as needed.
