Social Services Counselor II - MSW - Hope Care Center (Hospice House) - Cape Coral - (HHC)

MSW required - LCSW highly preferred. Must be licensure eligible. One year of Social Work experience in a Healthcare setting required. Computer skills & experience required. Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service Areas and Locations to meet organizational needs. Wednesday - Sunday - Days with some early evenings.
