RN - Patient Homes - Team 420 - Primarily see patients in Alva and LaBelle - (Clewiston Office)

Make visits to hospice patients in their homes. Computer skills and RN experience required. Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. Must be willing to be trained and float to work other Hope Service Areas to meet organizational needs.

Clewiston Office: #1287 - Primarily see patients in Alva and LaBelle but may need to assist in all of Hendry & Glades counties if needed
