RN - Skilled Care & Assisted Living Communities - Team 230 - Patients in Facilities in Bonita, Estero, Fort Myers - (Bonita Springs Office)
Make visits to hospice patients in skilled care and assisted living communities. Computer skills required and minimum 1 year nursing experience strongly desired. Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service Areas and locations to meet organizational needs.
