Our ideal Patient Care Coordinator excels in:

 Expertise in scheduling in a private practice

 Able to multi-task

 Knowledge of insurance plans, break downs and estimating.

 Treatment plan presentation and the ability to help patient understand their care that is recommended.

 Warm, friendly, engaging and cheerful personality

 Knowledge and experience with cosmetic dental procedures

 Bilingual is preferred but not necessary. (Spanish)

 Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus.

This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday position with patient care from 7:30am-5pm,

with an administrative day every Friday 8 am to 12 pm. No nights or weekends.

Experience:

 2 years experience preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
