Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a passionate leader to assist the department with our marketing efforts. This key role is responsible for overseeing the functions associated with communications with the community and internal admissions procedures. Duties can including answering referrals in a timely manner; working with physicians and hospital discharge planners to arrange a smooth transition to the facility; marketing the facility to referral sources to gain new business; building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources; recruiting and credentialing new physicians to the facility; ensuring facility has all required paperwork for admission; verifying payer sources and ensure referral is clinically approved prior to admission; meeting with members of community organizations; and promoting good public relations within the community.

We are looking for the right candidate with previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably in admissions and/or marketing. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Some travel is required.
