We provide a wide range of services, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. We also provide specialized care to those with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Mental Health, and other chronic illnesses. **Job Overview:**

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support in their daily lives. * Experiance is preferred but not required.

**Duties:**

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing

- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior

**Skills:**

- Experience working with individuals in assisted living facilities

- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality

- Proficiency in adultcare and meal preparation

- Familiarity with nursing home environments and procedures

- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently

**Certificates:**

- HCA/CNA

- 75 Hrs

- Mental Health

- Dementia

- Nurse Delegation

- CPR/ First Aid

- Food Handling

** Hope AFH will pay educatonal fees for the right candidate if not certified.
