Performs required diagnostics, repair and installation of Propane, HVAC, Gas and Oil Heating systems. Training as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to drive a 11,000 GVW service van.
• Service oil heating systems,HVAC systems, natural gas, propane or plumbing skills.
• Will train if willing to learn.
• Document services performed and parts used.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Possess a valid drivers license.
• Minimum of Type S Plumbing license preferred.
• Previous experience servicing both propane and oil heating systems.
• Have the proper tools to perform the required services.
• Possess a NORA Silver Certificate
• Candidates with CEPT training for LP gas will be given priority
• HVAC experience
• Installation experience a plus
• Ability to digitally receive, update and complete service work
• Must have a personal smart phone
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Excellent communication skills are necessary. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.
