The Combo position is a person who operates the dish machine, assists in cleaning tables off, cleans bathrooms and ensures they stay clean through their entire shift, is responsible for moping sweeping taking out trash refilling soaps and paper towels and hand sanitizers and keeping the parking lot free of trash.
