Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong focus on customer service.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and provide ongoing training development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee shift management and scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and lead a team towards success
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in interviewing, training development, and supervising staff
- Administrative skills including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
- Previous experience as a retail clerk or similar role is advantageous
