Hoosier Village Retirement Community is Hiring a Weekend Receptionist Near Indianapolis, IN

Are you looking for a fun weekend job? Join us at Hoosier Village! Receptionists provide a positive and seamless experience for our residents, guests, and staff, whether in-person, by phone or by email. By sharing your expertise, you’ll make an impact on the lives of others every day. Receptionists have a gift for detail, service orientation, supports their co-workers and the team.

*Position schedule is Saturday and Sunday 8:30am - 5pm*

Overview

At its core, Hoosier Village, a BHI community, is an organization deeply committed to doing what is right for the people we serve. From the beginning in 1905, as an organization founded to care for orphaned children, to our 50-year history of providing an exceptional quality of life for seniors, our non-profit, faith-based foundation guides us in every decision we make.

The most important characteristic of our team members is that we love helping the aging population. Hoosier Village is a place where residents can peacefully enjoy retirement throughout various stages of health, and it is our job to assist. Our team treats residents like they are our own family members!

What We Offer:

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program and Student Loan Assistance Program ($500 per quarter, for up to 5 years)

Qualifications

  • Be able to acquire sufficient knowledge and learn new skills through on-the-job training
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity of standard computer systems, office equipment, and telephones
