About the Role:

As Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of nursing operations. You will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants.
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures that adhere to state and federal regulations.
• Overseeing the nursing department budget and staffing.
• Participating in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with extensive leadership experience.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of success in improving patient care outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in healthcare information systems.
