What We’re Searching fo r :

Experienced HP Digital Printer Operator for our Sumter, SC Plant who has Strong organizational, teamwork, and self-starter skills will lead you to success in this role.

The Digital Graphics Operator / Design Assistant is responsible for set-up, operation, routine maintenance, and maintaining the optimum environment for the digital graphics machine.

The Operator is expected to meet customer and internal requirements for high-quality graphics in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities :

• Operate & maintain HP Digital Printer
• Use Adobe Illustrator
• Work in partnership with the department managers.
• Work with customers and team members to solve problems.
• Maintain an organized workplace.
• Perform tasks by following instructions and adhere to all safety rules without exception.
• Effectively communicate with other team members

What it Takes :

Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Demonstrates ability to work with key tools such as spectro-photodensitometer, tape measure.
• Computer skills
• Graphics skills a strong plus
• Ability to relate well to customers.
• Shows competency at reading print cards, production masters, understanding color charts and guides, understanding corrugated characteristics (i.

e. warp, liner types, coatings), working with fractions, filling in paperwork, entering computer data, and communicating effectively.

• Must be able to demonstrate the inspection process from set-up to production.
• Must be able to schedule the machine and troubleshoot production / mechanical issues.

Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials.
