Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled Flexo Press Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess previous manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, a keen desire to learn, proficiency in computer skills, excellent math and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate flexo folder gluer presses and ancillary equipment for production runs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate maintenance repairs as necessary.
• Interpret job order information, specifications, and requirements accurately.
• Ensure correct machine set-ups are executed.
• Direct crew activities to maximize production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production, waste, maintenance, and other relevant data.
• Meet or exceed production goals while upholding quality standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Perform additional job duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience as an operator in production manufacturing.
• Proven track record as an effective communicator and problem solver.
