SOL Acceptance is seeking a Collections representative with excellent customer service to join our team in Orange, CA.
Job Description:
*** Independent Automobile Finance Company seeks a motivated self-starer for the position of Collector. Job duties include:
Handle accounts 1 - 30 days past due.
Payment negotiations, timely and effective collection of delinquent accounts, minimal skip tracing, resolve customer disputes, scheduling field chases. There will be daily and monthly goals put in place - Collectors that meet these goals will be eligible to earn a monthly BONUS (The lower your delinquency, the bigger the bonus)***
- Must have experience in Auto Finance Collections
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Must be able to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Positive Attitude/ Team Player
- Dependable, Reliable and Responsible
- Able to follow directions well

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
