About the team

The CIO Delivery Management Office drives the delivery of technical project and programs for Worldpay globally. Primarily located in the US and the UK, we work with our partners within Technology and the Business to drive excellence in our delivery capability.

What you will be doing

You will be part of the Delivery Management Office team, helping to manage change and plan in alignment with defined organizational goals.

• Understand the needs of our customers and stakeholders through the delivery lifecycle.
• Detailed business analysis in an effort to outline problems, opportunities and solutions for our business.
• Collect and interpret Delivery data. Define Delivery reporting and look for opportunities to improve communication of key messages.
• Support the Program Management team ensuring high quality weekly reports are provided to our stakeholders and customers.
• Actively participate in our Continuous Improvement program, looking for opportunities to improve existing processes.
• Work with Technical leads and Service owners to review and support best practices.
• Manage the production of key project deliverables to support the realization of forecast project benefits.
• Manage Project Risk, Issues, Dependencies and Assumptions including the development of contingency plans.
• Assist with the formation of our new operating model, adopting and improving Agile processes.
• Using available tooling and guidelines, ensure that project governance standards are being followed.

What you bring:

• Driven individual with excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience in interpreting data and producing high quality reports and presentations.
• Skills in building trust, willing to express opinions in debates, buy into decisions showing commitment and be accountable.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience of Financial Services industry
• Experience of Agile, Lean Six Sigma
• Past experience of working with various technologies and 3rd Parties would be an advantage
• An understanding of the electronic payments industry

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $77,100.00 - $125,680.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
