Job Description: As a General Laborer at Honors Home Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of construction projects. Working under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing various tasks on job sites with precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication with Operations Manager: Regularly communicate with the Operations Manager to report on the progress of tasks, identify any missing items or materials required to complete the job, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.

Timely Completion of Jobs: Work diligently to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes, ensuring that project timelines are met and deadlines are adhered to without compromising on quality or safety standards.

Attention to Detail: Perform all tasks with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that work is completed accurately and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards set by the company.

Quality Workmanship: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering quality workmanship on every task, from basic labor duties to more specialized construction activities, contributing to the overall success and reputation of Honors Home Services.

Adherence to Budget: Work efficiently to minimize waste and maximize resources, helping to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints and without unnecessary expenditure.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations on job sites, prioritizing the safety of yourself and your colleagues at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
