As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, including seniors, those with developmental disabilities, and residents of assisted living facilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals as needed
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document any changes or concerns
- Monitor and report changes in individuals' physical or mental health status
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move individuals safely using proper body mechanics
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
