We're looking for someone to prepare our world-class pineapple shaped cookies!

This role works in a manufacturing facility and operates heavy machinery to measure, mix and bake our cookies at a commercial scale. Ideal candidate is truly dependable with high level accuracy with a shared passion for Aloha.

M-F, 4am start time. Hours of operation may change as needed/during peak season

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to operate equipment and heavy machinery such as: mixer, depositer, lift, de-lumper, grinder, ovens, cutting machines, pallet jacks
• Ability to lift and or/move to 25 lbs. on continuous basis throughout the work day
• Able to work in a typical industrial facility, which includes working with and around large machinery, variations in temperature, sound (decibels), odors, humidity, and elevations

Our team's workday look like this:

• Fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration in cultivating a culture aligned with HCC Values
• Prepare Cookies: Measure and weight ingredients. Mix and shape dough, load oven racks and bake large scall batches.
• Equipment Operator: Operates and completes basic maintenance of mixer, oven, scale, grinder, utensils, measuring tools, sinks, and faucets. Sanitizes equipment and work area.
• Quality Assurance: Continually inspect and checks quality of ingredients, dough, and cookies to meet Food Safety and Quality programs. Documents ingredient usage.
