Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) is hiring a UX Researcherto help us validate, capture, and communicate key insights that makeour products great.

As part of the HCE UX team, you will work withtechnologists, product managers, designers, and information architects, totranslate ethnographically informed insights into product improvements,innovations, and new offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Join the team that’s blazing the trail for HCE’semerging Forge family of applications
  • Use research and collaborative methods to shape user experience across multiple, fascinating industrial domains
  • Plan and conduct a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research activities to inform the product design – including user & stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiry, surveys, user journey maps, personas, and usability testing.
  • Plan and conduct a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research activities to inform the product design – including user & stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, contextual inquiry, surveys, user journey maps, personas, and usability testing.
  • Plan and facilitate multi-disciplinarycollaboration workshops 
  • Assist with recruiting and scheduling participants, and other operational tasks in support of research and testing studies
  • Capture and communicate outcomes through clearly written documentation, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Contribute and maintain content for our internal playbook and other materials
