The global HCE Cybersecurity Infrastructure team designs, implements and operates the Information Systems Infrastructure empowering our Centers of Excellence, Managed Security Services and Hosted Services. We work with the latest and emerging technologies to deliver scalable, high performing, always available and secure infrastructure services, offered in multiple locations around the world. We deliver services that connect, host, virtualize, store, collaborate, integrate, compute and transact business solutions, utilizing both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

The Cyber Security Engineer will participate in managing our hardware and software environments and contribute to our infrastructure automation playbooks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally represent the HCE Cybersecurity Infrastructure team in interactions with internal & external Customers and business partners as required. Establish and maintain working relationships across disciplines across the organization.
  • Assume a lead and/or support role in assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the Customer.
  • Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external Customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
  • Work alongside Architects, Developers and Engineering team members to provide infrastructure solutions for products and services. Help create Infrastructure solutions, documentation, and drawings for deployed environments.
  • Assist in the development and testing of a complete end to end cloud automation environment using configuration/auto-scaling tools.
  • Develop and enhance architecture solutions, performance optimization and capacity planning of new infrastructure services to support a high-performance computing environment and ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Strategize with the product team members to develop new technology initiatives with a primary focus on availability, supportability, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology. Adapt and quickly advance your technical skill-sets.
