In this role, you will implement and coordinate the all operational aspects of Building Technology projects which include Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security and CCTV, Life Safety Systems, and other 3rd party technology master integration for our ongoing Customer & Product Support projects – through the complete life cycle of a project, from Pre-Sales, development, estimating and risk reviews to delivery, monitoring and clos-out. You will serve as liaison between management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets and financials. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with managers, field personal, and customers.
