This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background in Reliability Engineering to move into the challenging and rewarding role of Sr. Maintenance and Reliability Engineer supporting multiple sites as part of our Performance Materials and Technology Maintenance Excellence team.

Ideally the Sr. Maintenance and Reliability Engineer position will be based at a Honeywell PMT facility in the Baton Rouge area but other sites in the gulf region will be considered.

Key Responsibilities 

• Improve equipment reliability by applying Reliability Engineering principles, to train sites and assist with development and implementation of reliability strategies for equipment and processes at Honeywell PMT sites. This includes understanding failure modes and risks and preparing Reliability Plans for critical equipment: Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Operator Monitoring, Critical Repair activities, and Spare Parts bills of materials and quality assurance.
• Assist sites with application and development of Enterprise Asset Management Programs for mechanical integrity and reliability
• Facilitate investigation of significant failures associated with equipment using RCFA tools appropriate and recommending corrective actions related to failure analysis. 
• Assist with development training and execution of reliability programs including precision maintenance, bolted joint flange integrity, TPM programs, condition-based maintenance programs with the management operating systems and tools.
• Support mechanical integrity program development.
• Support sites to improve their maintenance work execution programs.
