A position has opened at Honeywell for anambitious Supply/Inventory Planning Professional. You will report to theDirector and Sr. Director of Supply Planning with the opportunity to developand demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in thesuccess of the company.
As an Inventory Planning Principle, you will beresponsible for developing, coordinating, and aligning the inventory plans foryour assigned business. You will support your Director and Sr. Director ofSupply to execute the vision and goals for your inventory Planningfunction.
You will partner with the COE team as the SMEfor your business to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to theHoneywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning and ensuring thefull utilization of the Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tool within yourbusiness.
You will lead the monthly planning cycle andensure finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customersatisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.
You will support and drive a positive workingenvironment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organizationto achieve the best possible outcome from the supply/inventory planning teams.You will support the development of the supply/inventory planning teams throughtraining, coaching and mentoring to increase their skills and capability inreadiness for internal progression and succession.
You will be closely involved in productlifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy deliverson the product portfolio vitality goals. You will attend monthly SIOP meetingsto approve the supply plans and to present these and the associated risks andmitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Reconciliation and Exec meetings.
The successful candidate must be capable oftranslating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goalsand create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing onbuilding a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques,driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superiorperformance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).
