You will bea key individual with the Clearwater, FL location directing sustainablehealth and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operatingprocesses and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safetystandards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops & implements HSE standards
• Provides support to contractor HS&E management
• Advise and lead employees on various safety topics
• Perform new employee HSE onboarding
• Perform Safety Audits and correct and abate safety hazards
• Conduct Risk Assessments
• Identifies workplace injury, accident and health problem opportunities to improve
• Provide technical assistance
• Effective coach and role model
• Measures key HSE metrics
• Develops & drives standard work
• Ensures compliance standards
