Supervise a Field Service team for the commercial buildings technology, including fire alarm, building automation, CCTV, and security systems in the HBT organization with a focus on the management, execution and selling of Small Service Jobs and RQ projects. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. Coordination with the Branch FSS’s to resource and execute projects will be a key function. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, operation targets and month reviews of budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team activities and performance of SSJ and RQ projects.
• Direct field supervision of all SSJ/RQ projects. Working with the existing project management team on SSJ projects and directly managing the RQ projects.
• Coordinate project schedules with the Branch FSS’s include:
  • Sales Support
  • Estimating
  • Resource Loading
• Collect and report performance metrics
• Develop Team Members and Build an project execution team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Assign and supervise work
• Track all Projects for Philadelphia, Outstate PA and Southern New Jersey
• Develop Legacy System Sales plans with the Branch FSS’s, Account Manager’s and Field Service Professionals.
• Actively Selling SSJ/RQ upgrades

This will be a remote position with travel to specific job sites as needed in the central and eastern parts of Pennsylvania.
