Be part of the Engineering team while developing and executing manual and automated tests for hardware and software products. The Software Test Technician develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance methods to test software/firmware for Security products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full lifecycle testing of the Software products
• Closely following written test plans to verifying new software and changes to existing product
• Writing clear, concise, and accurate test reports and change requests
• Reviewing customer documentation for accuracy and correct content
• Maintain the hardware lab infrastructure including Servers, PCs, embedded equipment and test tools
• Writing test scripts, mainly manual, some automated and helping provide and communicate test scripts, set up and use to offshore teams
• Creating and documenting test cases and verifying multiple fixes in new code releases
