Key Responsibilities
•Maintain all ISO document control processes, including but not limited to manuals and postings. Assist areas in designing and improving documents and procedures.
•Administer, coordinate, and maintain the auditing of the ISO 9001-2015 quality standard.
•CAR System Administrator: Manage internal CAR preparation, write-up, distribution, tracking, and verification of effectiveness.
•Assist Quality Manager in external customer CAPA processing and verification of effectiveness.
•Quality System Representative: Assistant to Quality Manager; lead and document quality/customer and management review meetings; BSi third party audit contact.
•Provide training in the ISO 9001-2015 standard for new hires.
•ISO transition leader for future standard revisions. Identify quality system, manual and documentation needs. Coordinate training if necessary.
