Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You will serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with customers and business stakeholders to scope and recommend ideas to improve user experience of business applications and portals
• Manage and Analyze customer interactions and build knowledge database
• Maintain training and user guides; develop “help content” and evolve to a digital offering for more autonomous user experience.
• Liaison between Global L1 Customer Support and L2 Engineering Teams
• Collect requests and track ticket lifecycle from creation to resolution
• Responsible for new material creation material maintenance, material master data change request, such as Bill of Material change within agreed SLAs
• Ability to play administrator role for a vibrant digital community or forum
